Each day you receive:
- Ayurvedic Consultation
- Abhyanga (two-person synchronized oil massage*)
- Swedana (individual herbalized sweat therapy)
- Shirodhara (pouring of warm oil to the forehead)
- Specialized therapeutic treatments from the following: Chakra Balancing, Heart Basti, Kati Basti, Kidney Lepa, Liver Lepa, Body Exfoliation, or Netra Basti.
*You may ask what is the benefit of having two massage therapist verses one? Four hands is the traditional way to receive Panchakarma. The synchronized dance of the two massage therapist allows the mind to relax and the nervous system to unwind at a quicker rate.
Package Two
$445 per day
Approximately 4 hrs.
Each day you receive:
- Ayurvedic Consultation
- Abhyanga (one person synchronized oil massage)
- Swedana (individual herbalized sweat therapy)
- Shirodhara (pouring of warm oil to the forehead)
- Specialized therapeutic treatments from the following: Chakra Balancing, Heart Basti, Kati Basti, Kidney Lepa, Liver Lepa, Body Exfoliation, or Netra Basti.
*Food is not included in any of the pricing. Food for the 5 days is $300.00 extra. This includes a Dal, Veggies, and a Grain. One meal after your treatments and another two meals packaged up and ready for you later. This diet is essential for reprograming the digestive system and to allow the colon to fully purge.

- Daily Check in
