NW Ayurveda Presents – Tools to Reduce Inflammation

Nickole Thornton-Gonzales (1:45pm – 2:15pm)

Inflammation is a word on everyone’s wellness radar. Are you tired of not knowing what foods you are eating that keep causing signs of inflammation such as heart burn, acid indigestion, and arthritic flare ups?

You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of your digestive fire and how to remedy inflammation through the use of foods, herbs, spices, and oils.

**Bring a pen and paper to nip these old habits into a happy and healthy digestive process.

NW Ayurveda is co-hosting this event. It is our 5th year as a sponsor.

Come spend the day with your healing community and walk away with new tools, insights and inspiration to heal yourself.
