Discover your unique chemical make up that makes you you – become empowered to take your health into your own hands. Allow Ayurveda to assist your body, mind, and spirit to achieve a state of harmony, vitality, balance, strength, and mental clarity.
The science of Ayurvedic Medicine has developed a natural approach to remedy different stages of life by looking at each individual as a whole. Determine your dosha (your unique constitution): Vata, Pitta, and/or Kapha to better understand your individual chemical makeup. Doshas construct your Prakruti (birth-right). Your Vikruti (present state) is discovered with an assessment of your facial features, body gait, thoughts, emotions, and elimination.
Get to know your dosha and your current state of being to enhance your every day life.
In this class, we will explore Ayurvedic herbs, oils, and breath work to create balance within your own unique constitution. These tools will last a life time. The intention of the course material is to deeply enrich your life with a strong understanding and practical application of traditional Ayurvedic wisdom.
**All of our classes are designed to address various levels of knowledge, interest and skill.
Class Credits: 4 CE for PACE and LMT of WA

Founder of NW Ayurveda, Nickole is a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Certified Yoga Instructor.

Look for the Red Cow restaurant and take the concrete stairs to the immediate left. Come up the wood porch to the right. Through the glass door that says Unit C – Street parking is abundant in the neighborhood.

We have an up sloping driveway with 5 concrete stairs that lead to a wood porch with 3 more stairs.
This establishment is not Scent-Free:
Due to the nature of being an Apothecary, we are not a scent free environment. We do, however, strive to keep our space free of any synthetic fragrances and APPRECIATE YOUR ABSTAINING FROM WEARING ANY SCENTED BODY PRODUCTS.
Non-Refundable:
Due to the increasing demand for our events, registrations are non-refundable and are non-transferable to another event.
Doors Locked Promptly:
Studio doors do lock promptly at the start of all events to protect the privacy + belongings of students, as well as to promote sanctity of space once an event has started.
