Have you ever questioned your thinking patterns, actions & reactions? Allow Ayurveda to assist your body, mind, and spirit to gain a state of harmony, vitality, balance, strength, and mental clarity. In this class we will explore the five elements (ether, air, fire, water, and earth) to see how they express and harness your psychological nature, daily activities, and pursuits.
The intention for this class is to deeply enrich your life with a strong understanding and practical application of traditional Ayurvedic wisdom through:
-breath work
-essential and herbal oils
-Ayurvedic herbs
-food consumption
**All of our classes are designed to address various levels of knowledge, interest and skill.
