Adventures in Mexico:  Full Adventure Itinerary January 19th- 25th, 2018



Day One: Saturday, Jan. 20th, 2018  

7-8 AM  Breakfast at recommended hotel, 8 Am Departure to Teotihuacan Pyramid for a full day adventure. Then dinner at our favorite taco stands before returning to hotel.


Day Two: Sunday, Jan.21st, 2018

7-8 AM Breakfast / 8 AM Departure to Grutas de Tolantango

11:30-12:30 PM Lunch and Fruit Stand at the last town before the canyon.

1:30-3:30 PM Set up camp, check into rooms, and Free Time

3:30-5PM Open Ceremony, Intro to Meditation, and Yoga

5-6:30PM Dinner

6:45-7:45PM Ayurvedic Class:  Sankhy (Our Consciousness into Matter) with Nickole  Sankhya is a model of evolution which explores consciousness and self healing.  Consciousness exists, lives, and dwells in the city of the senses.  Discover how the five elements develop the different doshas and unique personal constitutions.                                                                                                                                                                        15 Minute Break

8:00-9 PM  Meet at Fire Pit.  Feel free to bring and instrument, a song, poem, a dance, fire or glow poi. Join in the fun!


Day Three: Monday, Jan. 22nd, 2018

7:30-8 AM Daily Meditation with Martin/ 15 min break / 8:15-9:15 AM   Slow Vinyasa Yoga with Nickole

9:15- 10AM  Breakfast  10AM- 4:00 PM Hike to Thermal Pools, Swim, and Free Time / 5-6:30 PM Dinner    

6:45-7:45 PM Ayurvedic Class: Dharsan (Body Assessment) with Nickole                                               Learn ancient techniques that help you identify when your digestive fire is out of balance with Tongue Analysis.  Plus, find out what each line means that arrives on your face and finger nails.  No line is permanent. You’ll be identity imbalances before a DR.

15 Minute Break

8-9 PM Meet at Fire Pit.  Feel free to bring and instrument, a song, poem, a dance, fire or glow poi.  Join in     the fun!


Day Four: Tuesday, Jan. 23rd, 2018

7:30-8 AM Daily Meditation with Martin / 15 min break / 8:15-9:15 AM   Slow Vinyasa Yoga with Nickole

9:15- 10AM  Breakfast  10AM- 4:00 PM Explore the Caves & Free Time / 5:00-6:30 PM  Dinner

6:45-7:45 PM Ayurvedic Class: Dharsan (Continued Body Assessment) with Nickole                                 Learn ancient techniques that help you identify when your your organs are taxed through analysis of your lips and eyes.  

15 Minute Break

8-9 PM Meet at Fire Pit.  Feel free to bring and instrument, a song, poem, a dance, fire or glow poi.  Join in     the fun!


Day Five: Wednesday, Jan. 24th, 2018

7:30-8 AM Daily Meditation with Martin/ 15 min break / 8:15-9:15 AM   Slow Vinyasa Yoga with Nickole

9:15- 10AM  Breakfast  10AM- 4:00 PM Hike to Thermal Pools, Swim, and Free Time / 5-6:30 PM Dinner    

6:45-7:45 PM   Ayurvedic Class: Chakras and Koshas with Nickole  We embody wheels of light called Chakras.  Each Chakra represents a state of consciousness surrounded by sheaths known as Koshas.  We will use diagrams, meditation, colors, characteristics of emotions related to   each organ, bija mantra  sounds to bring  consciousness and balance to our energy centers.

15 Minute Break

8-9 PM Meet at Fire Pit.  Feel free to bring and instrument, a song, poem, a dance, fire or glow poi.  Join in     the fun!


Day Six: Thursday, Jan. 25th, 2018

7:30-7:45 AM Daily Meditation with Martin/ No Break/ 7:45-8:15 AM   Slow Vinyasa Yoga with Nickole

8:15-9AM Breakfast/ 15 min break / 9:30-10 AM meet at fire pit Closing Ceremony

10-11:45 AM Pack and Check out. 12PM Meet at Van and head back to Mexico City.

6PM Check into Rooms.  If you plan to fly out on the 25th make sure flight is at 9PM or later due to unexpected circumstances.  We encourage you to stay the rest of the weekend and explore Mexico City!
