We’ll Stop at Grocery Store before we arrive at Grutas around 2 PM.

4:45-6:15 PM Open Ceremony, Intro to Meditation and Yoga

6:30-8 PM Meet Inside Larger Restaurant for Dinner
Day Three: Monday, Jan. 22nd, 2018

8:15-9:15 AM Slow Vinyasa Yoga with Nickole

9:30 – 10:15 AM Meet for Breakfast at Outside Restaurant
Possible 30 Min Break to Get Swim wear on and put belongings up.
10:45 AM Meet at Chosen Location to Hike to Hanging Bridge to Thermal Pools as a Group
*Possibly Wear Water Shoes and Bring Water Proof Phone Case. Plus Water bottle
12 – 4:00 PM Free Time
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM Ayurvedic Class: Attributes of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha
We will discuss the Gunas (Qualities) of each Dosha (bodily chemical make-up) that correlates with the five elements. By the end of class you will be able to identify these gunas within yourself and develope a relationship on how to counter balance with opposites.

Day Four: Tuesday, Jan. 23rd, 2018

10:45 AM Meet at Tent to Walk to the Caves to Swim and Explore Together

12 – 4:00 PM Free Time
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM Ayurvedic Class: Dharsan (Body Assessment) w/ Nickole
Day Two: Learn the Art of Darshan without judgement while being clear and precise. We will observe our breath, learn about different nose types, and lips. This is an interactive classes where we exchange assessment with each other. This experience will give you the basic skills to tap into your own daily changes within the body.

4:00 PM – 5:00 PM Ayurvedic Class: Dharsan (Body Assessment) w/ Nickole Day Three Darshan: Learn ancient techniques that help you identify when your digestive fire is out of balance with Tongue Analysis. Plus, find out what each line means that arrives on your face and finger nails. No line is permanent. You’ll be able to identify imbalances before a DR.

11AM Meet at one of your rooms and well hang out till the our driver arrives between 11-12 PM and head back to Mexico City.
